EFAI's open appeal to the Government and public

Yesterday, March, 27 2014, was initiated by the Government and taken by Verkhovna Rada a decision to increase the excise tax on cars, body and contrast utilization fee, continuosly repeating information on the reduction of special duties.

Employers' Federation of Automotive Industry can not remain aloof such comments and decisions of a new government. This appeal is an attempt, regardless to accusing of automakers, deal with the situation, discard unnecessary emotions and constantly move from distributed media populism for constructive assessment of current realities.

Employers' Federation of Automotive Industry encourages representatives of the Government to make informed decisions, based not on a minute desire to fill the budget or campaign promises, but operating software development sectors of the economy, carefully coordinated by business community.
