The development strategy of the country by 2020 as Ukrainian idea

September 25, 2014 - President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko met with representatives of the media to present the strategy of sustainable development of Ukraine "Strategy - 2020". 

Later on Monday, September 29, 2014 was held a public discussion of the "Strategy - 2020" with the Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Ukraine Dmytro Shymkiv. 

The main objective of the Strategy - European living standards and rightful place for Ukraine  in the world. 

Priority reforms: 

1. Bodies renewment and anti-corruption reform. 
2. Judicial reform. 
3. The decentralization and public administration reform. 
4. Deregulation and business development. 
5. Reform of the law enforcement system. 
6. Reform of National Security. 
7. Reform of the health system. 
8. Tax Reform. 

The government guarantees: 

• implementation of the reform agenda; 
• public service; 
• adherence to principles: simple, transparent, attractive. 

Civil society provides: 

• control of power; 
• hard work; 
• compliance with the principles of dignity, freedom and respect for honest labor. 

Business shall: 

• maintain and develop the country, the business environment and society; 
• pay taxes and invest; 
• observe the principles of fair competition and labor.
