Russian Federation canceled the benefits for the utilization fee for car producers

Yesterday State Duma of Russian Federation adopted the new draft law on the utilization fee for vehiles. It was passed in the second and third readings and will come into force on January 1, 2014. The text of the draft law is in enclosed file.
