Oleg Boyaryn: "We have to earn independently, instead of speanding loans"

First car factory in Transcarpathian region built Oleg Boyaryn. Eurocar produces Skoda cars since 2001. However, now enterprise loaded on 11% because of the crisis.

At the end of 2013 Oleg Boyaryn claimed openly against the government. 

According to him, the government does not understand the essence of agreement with Europe. The loss of the Russian market can not be compensated only by exports to the European market, because it is protected by technical regulations detrimental to Ukrainian products.
