In AutoVAZ continues reduction of workers

AutoVAZ offered to pay people who are fired before the end of July  five salaries. In August there will be four salary, in September - three. This proposal proved to be very popular. The company planned that the program will be extended to 2000. However, until July 4, the company has already dismantled 1700 statements. Therefore, the program will cover more than 3,700 people. 

Planned reduction in the number of workers to 5500 people: about 3500 - due to the natural movement of personnel (retirement, closing vacancies and so on), about 2000 - through the process of reduction. One-third of the plan has already been completed.
