Legislation Analysis of technical regulation in Ukraine and the European and Customs Union

Under the terms of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU Ukraine has committed itself to take all necessary measures to achieve compliance with technical regulations of the EU. Given the importance of addressing this issue to find new opportunities for development of the national automotive industry in Ukraine in foreign markets and to facilitate the process of removing technical barriers to international trade, the simplification of procedures for conformity of vehicles and improve the competitiveness of the domestic automotive industry, the Federation of Employers of the automotive industry to analyze the legislation in the sphere of technical regulation of Ukraine, and the European customs union.
