2014 Public Report

Dear members of theFederation, partners and colleagues, 2014was the year ofrealtestfor the country asa whole andforthe automotive industryin particular.

Last year, theFederation of Employers ofthe automotive industryhas fully complied withitsobligation to comply withthe principles of openness, transparency, accountability and performance ofits obligations.

During the firstfull year of operationFederationwe triednot onlyto improvethe business environmentthrough variousinformation-analytical studies, draftinglegal actsand the preparationof proposals for changesand additionsto the existing legislation, but also to improvethemselvesby improving themechanismsgoverningactivitiesand supervisorybodies of the Federationand increase the efficiencyof the organizational structureof the Executive Directorate. Understanding the importance ofobtaining timely informationin the field ofdomestic andglobal automotive industry, the Federation has improvedjobsiterunningthe publication of materialsintwo new sections-"Statistics" and "Press Room", and continuedpublicationReview.

Additionally,startednew forms of work-a weeklyreview of changesin national legislation andEU legislationand the Customs Union- Information onlegislative initiatives. In order to improvethe protection of economicrights ofmembers of theFederation of Employers ofthe automotive industryat the level ofthe relevant government departments, representatives of the Federationjoined thePublicCouncil under the Ministryof Economic Development andTrade of Ukraineand the StateFiscalService of Ukraine.

In planningits activitiesin 2015, we focused on theneeds of our membersand partners, based on experiencefrom the previous year, will continue toactivelydefend the rights ofUkrainianautomotive andrelated industries.
