Technical regulations of vehicles maintenance and repair are approved

March 20, 2014 - by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was approved a resolution #643 "On Approval of the Technical Regulation on maintenance and repair of vehicles" which established mandatory application of the Technical Regulations starting in 2016.

Technical Regulations apply to:

1. Executives who provide services for maintenance and repair of vehicles and their components (systems) in accordance with the codes 45.2 and 45.40.5 (except code 45.20.3) in section G, and in accordance with codes 22.11.20-30.00, 22.11.20-50.00, 22.11.99-00.00 under section 22 C of the State Branch of products and services DK 016:2010.
2. Central executive bodies entrusted with the functions of technical regulation in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
