What is hidden in the program implementation of the Association Agreement?

In late July, members of the parliamentary committee on European integration have received government bill "On the National program for the implementation of the Association Agreement". The document is not yet registered in the Verkhovna Rada and submitted for review.

The bill defines the mechanism of implementation of Ukraine of the Agreement and describes relevant tasks to executive agencies.

The sponsors included to the text not only describtion of what must be done, but also that the condition is a sector that risks may accompany obligations. Therefore, this document can be estimated volume for European Reform, which expects Ukraine in the coming years.

The program can also serve as a tool for dispelling the Kremlin "horror" of the Association Agreement.

Today, while working on the program implementation of the Association Agreement continues, we should use the most international experience and make this document as a real help for European Reform.
