Who approved the new tax on cars under five years?

None of the 18 heads of business associations interviewed by VAAID CEO Oleg Nazarenko were invited to discuss recent tax initiatives of Ministry of Finances of Ukraine. Earlier, Ministry of Finance proposed a number of amendments to the Tax Code for the introduction of the new vehicle tax, which proposes to extend the tax for all cars with a period usage of more than five years.
