According to him, "such negotiations are conducted with the Moscow region and Tatarstan". Direct competitors Mercedes - Audi, fleeced on the site of Kaluga Volkswagen, BMW, - the facilities of "Avtotor" in Kaliningrad. Both sites increase the localization of production. BMW, in particular, should start together with the "Avtotor" organization of a new production site in the framework of the project on creation of the automotive cluster in the region.
