Threat of ancellation of utilization collecting increased

Yesterday, March 27, 2014 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (concerning the abolition of the excise tax collection and utilization of the conversion of the vehicle)".

This law provides a complete contrast to the utilization collecting and avoids the conversion of operations on imported into the custom territory of Ukraine vehicles with the list of objects which shall be paid the excise tax for.
