Car owner will pay for utilization

Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine cancelled utilization collecting. Now owners have to pay for utilization which costs them 100-150 euros.

The explanatory note to the bill #4682 states that utilization collecting was introduced in 2013, and all costs were assigned to the importers.

According to the deputy of Ukraine Oleg Tsarev, cancellation is a positive solution, but it's important to determine who will pay for utilization.
