Volkswagen will shorten the life of the models up to 5 years

Volkswagen will shorten the life of the models from 7 to 5 years. Acceleration of the update cycle of vehicles was decided in connection with the rapidly changing requirements of customers, according to "Autoexpress."

Under the new plan, each model will be restyled in three years and in the fifth year of the life cycle replaced. It  is not yet known whether other brands of Volkswagen Group will stick to the same strategy.
