UAAID initiates cancellation of tax on expensive cars

According to VAAID CEO Oleh Nazarenko, the association of autoimporters talks with MPs on the abolition of vehicle tax for cars with the engine volume of 3000 cm³.

It was decided that the deputies will adopt a bill to repeal this tax, as its administration will exceed revenues. In the opinion of UAAID, this tax is not using the correct definition of the principle of luxury, where a criterion taken displacement. In addition, buyers of these cars have already paid higher taxes for customs "clearing" cars, contributions to the pension fund and pay them every day at the gas station because transport fee is contained in excise taxes on fuel.
