In the Verkhovna Rada registered a draft law "On the performance features credit obligations in the territory of the anti-terrorist operation "

This document is aimed at legislative solution to the problems associated with the implementation of credit obligations of individuals, entrepreneurs and legal persons established in the administrative-territorial units of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. 

The dicument provides for the introduction the following measures: 

1. Moratorium on the accrual and collection of fines and other penalties for loan commitments. 

2. Moratorium on foreclosure on the mortgaged property (collateral). 

3. Right to restructuring liabilities in foreign currency.
