The government acknowledged that ratification Association hampered because of Russia

Ratification of the Association Agreement is fed to the Supreme Council because of negotiations with the Russian Federation. 

It was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister for European Integration Lana Zerkal, speaking at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on European Integration. 

According to her, "did not make a deal (VR) in order to explain the Russian Federation and avoid further negative impact on bilateral trade with Russia." 

As you know, the authorities still deny the connection between the negotiations with Russia and delay of ratification. This delay power was explained by service procedures.
