In Ukraine car sales for 2 months fell three times

According to the report of Ukrautoprom, in January-February 2015 the sale of new motor vehicles decreased by 78.5%, and the primary realization of previously used vehicles increased by 37%.

The largest volume of sales for the initial 2 months recorded in the passenger car segment, where it was registered 6,672 thousand cars.

In this new passenger cars were sold 5.521 thousand units, or 83% of the total initial registration of this type of vehicle, and used passenger cars - 1,151 thousand units, or 17%, respectively.

Thus, compared to the same period last year, the market for new passenger cars decreased by 4.9 times, and primary sales of imported second-hand rose by 72%.
