Ukraine will have one of the most liberal tax regimes in Europe - a promise the Ministry of Finance

The Government of Ukraine to deal with the payment of salaries in envelopes offers lower rate single social contribution (ERU) to 15% in the amount of wages in excess of the minimum two (today - 2,436 thousand UAH), said Finance Minister Alexander Shlapak. 

"This will be one of the most liberal regimes in Europe", - said the head of the Ministry of Finance, presenting tax reform at the opening session of the Cabinet of Ministers in Kyiv on Monday. 

According to him, the expected loss of pension and social funds amount is about 28 billion USD.
