Ukraine ranked 76th place in the world ranking of competitiveness, rising to eight steps.
It is stated in the report "Global Competitiveness 2014-2015" which publishes every year World Economic Forum (Davos, Switzerland).
The rating covers 144 countries. Some of them are missing, for example, Belarus.
The first and second places in the ranking preserved Switzerland and Singapore. Last year their positions were the same. Three leaders locked the United States, that a year ago took the fifth place.
The top 10 countries with the best competition included five Member States: Finland (4th place), Germany (5), Netherlands (8), United Kingdom (90) and Sweden (10). Also there are Japan (6) and Hong Kong (7).
Even climbing 8 steps, Ukraine did not come out at pre-crisis level of competitiveness. Recall that last year, our country has fallen by 11 positions.
