Ukraine is not discussing with the IMF debt restructuring - Ministry of Finance

The Ministry of Finance has not discussed with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) the question of restructuring the external debt of Ukraine. This was stated by Deputy Finance Minister Ihor Umanskyy.

"The question of debt restructuring, changes in the volume load service today is not the subject of negotiations (with the IMF - Ed)," - he said.

"By the time until there is no formation of a common approach to the scope and instruments of assistance to Ukraine, it's early to speak and to raise issues of restructuring and I certainly will not comment on this," - said Umansky.
