Ukrautodor can not continue roads repairing

According to the Ukravtodor head Alexander Malin, there are no funds for repairing roads. They need 1 billion hryvnia in general. Ukravtodor needs 300 million hryvnia to start works.

At the beginning of this year it was started Ukravtodora reorganization and decentralization of its resources. As a result, the costs should be more transparent. According to Malin, to repair roads in 2014 they need 6 billion hryvnia.
