In Rada intend to launch sales of used cars through official dealers

Deputies will try to resolve the problematic issues in the Tax Code with respect to the purchase and sale of used cars by legal entities, including car dealers. It is expected that the new bill will allow the program to launch full trade-in through authorized dealers.

The bill №3046 was prepared by a group of 16 deputies. The document proposed a number of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine, in particular, to  indicate a clear definition of "used" vehicles, to expand the number of entities that can buy and sell used cars, to simplify the procedure of formation of the prices for the machines, etc.
