Situation in the Japanese auto market does not inspire

Car sales in Japan dropped by 1.8%. Number of cars sold is more than 229 thousand units. This was reported by the Japanese dealers' Association (JADA). For the first six months of this year, Japan's car market grew by 7.2%. 

Such a drop in sales in April happened due to the increasing of consumption tax to 8%. Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA) predicts decline in demand for cars up to 9.1%.
