Yet there won't be sanctions against Russia

According to "LigaBusinessInform" Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU decide not to toughen sanctions against Russia. 

The EU summit held on July 16, it was decided before the end of the month to approve the extended black list of Russian companies that provide material or financial support to the separatists in eastern Ukraine. 

"As for the plane crash in Ukraine, when making decisions of any kind in connection with this tragedy, the EU will consider the interests of the Dutch government," - said Catherine Ashton.
