Renault-Nissan controls AutoVAZ

AutoVAZ now fully controls Renault-Nissan alliance with 67.13% of the Dutch offshore company Alliance Rostec Auto BV. The remaining 32.87% is owned by the state corporation "Rostech".

Companies Alliance Rostec Auto BV, established at the end of 2012, owns 74.51% of the AutoVAZ capital. According to the President of Renault-Nissan, the changes will not affect the automaker's strategy. Production of Lada cars and other brands will continue.
