The reasons for the delay of obtaining IMF money

As Eric Naiman wrote in his blog, the collapse of the parliamentary majority is needed to run the procedure for early parliamentary elections, but resigned as head of the government Arseniy Yatsenyuk became an unpleasant surprise. 

According to Naiman, the biggest challenge for short-term prospects for Ukraine - hang a number of important legislative initiatives of the Cabinet. First, they aim at filling the state budget. This can lead to a delay in receiving the second tranche of the IMF, which has already been postponed from July to August. 

Naiman notes that the lack of any progress in the de-escalation of the situation in Donbas and direct military intervention in the affairs of Ukraine, plane crash MH17 - all events trigger the introduction of new sanctions, much tougher than the first package.
