There won't be persecution from tesla side

As reported in his blog the executive director of the American company Tesla Motors Elon Musk, the company canceled restrictions on use of its patents, which excludes the litigation. 

However, it should be noted that Musk has not provided any additional information about patent use conditions. 

Previously, the company patented developments for permission to use the facilities for other companies to create similar EVs.
