"UDAR" demands utilization collecting cancellation

At the initiative of "UDAR" party, on Wednesday has to be considered the project of law No.3139 "About utilization collectingcancellation on vehicles" on committee of tax questions and customs policy. On Thursday it will be also submitted for consideration.
