The IMF predicts the deterioration of economic indicators of Ukraine

The Fund counted that by the end of 2015 Ukraine will require at least $ 19 billion of external borrowing to cover the financing needs.

International Monetary Fund, guided by the suggestion that military operations in the east of Ukraine will continue until the end of 2014 and will take place in 2015, downgraded the outlook for Ukraine's economic decline to 7.25% in 2014 from 6.5% projected earlier. This is stated in the report of the evaluation of the IMF mission, which was published on the website of the Fund on September 2.

Thus, real GDP will fall to "minus" of 7.25% in 2014, and in 2015 it will fall by 4.25%", - the report says.

The Fund estimates that exports by the end of 2014 will be reduced by further deterioration of relations with Russia, as well as the physical decommissioning of production facilities in the Eastern Ukraine.
