IMF: Crisis in Ukraine impact on global economic growth

Global economic growth is too slow due to various factors, including the instability in eastern Ukraine, says IMF head Christine Lagarde. 

It was stated in an interview with Les Echos, which was published on the IMF website. 

"The crisis in Ukraine has a negative impact on Russia and neighboring countries, especially those belonging to the German trade chain, because their trade, energy and financial sectors are affected to varying degrees," - said Lagarde.
