The Ministry of Finance has implemented the second issue of VAT bonds

Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on July 28 implemented  the second issue of VAT bonds in the amount of 2.17 billion USD. 

These bonds will receive 199 taxpayers, the debt to which the VAT refund, accumulated by the beginning of 2014, was confirmed by the State Fiscal Service and the Ministry of Finance on July 25. 

Bonds are redeemed July 22, 2019, the payment of interest and amortization on them carried out every six months, starting from January 26, 2015. 

As specified in the Ministry of Finance, the interest rate for the second tranche of VAT bonds remained at 9.5% per annum.
