Saab's facing bankruptcy

Company Saab Automobile again threatened with bankruptcy, reports "Kommersant". Swedish court denied the owner of the brand National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS) in protection from creditors.

As stated by a consortium of Chinese companies National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS), is currently negotiating with two potential buyers - "the world's automakers", even though the names of these companies are not listed. The appeal from the court noted that the negotiations drag on, and the consortium needed more time. NEVS assures that after the reorganization they are "committed to pay all the debts to suppliers". At the same time NEVS has about 900 suppliers. And among those who the company owes money there is one of its owners, who belongs to a consortium, - Hong Kong National Modern Energy Holdings (debt is 163 million dollars). The external debt of the company reaches 575 million.
