Who helped Ukraine to succeed in the ranking of Doing Business

October 29 World Bank together with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) has published an annual ranking of Doing Business - 2015. This rating reflects how what countries are favorable to business. Good news - Ukraine broke the hundred most attractive for investment countries, taking the 96-th position (last year we were on the 112th place). Bad news - businessmen do not feel it. 

"Entrepreneurs are not in a hurry to talk about a marked improvement in the regulatory environment, and that the business has become much easier to maintain, - says the director of the European Business Association Anna Derevianko. - But Doing Business, as it tried to move away from it, rather assesses regulatory improvements, rather than reality".
