Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has developed a draft Concept of tax system reforming

July 14, 2014 - on the site of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine was published draft CMU "On Approval of the Concept of reforming the tax system". This document is developed as a part of the Action Plan "100 Days - 100 steps the Government", approved at the beginning of this year and in the development of improvement of tax legislation initiated in June 2014 and as part of an overall reform of tax laws. 

By 2015 the project shall provide: 

• creating favorable conditions for the economic activity of business entities and the economy as a whole; 
• implementation of the principles of transparency business tax law; 
• restoration of trust between taxpayers and the state; 
• reducing the time and material costs for the preparation and submission of reports and tax paying; 
• simplicity to understand taxpayers and improve the efficiency of tax administration and fees; 
• sufficient levels of the state budget for the implementation of the State's functions; 
• fiscal decentralization. 

Please note that the Federation has published on its website an open letter to the government and the public about the assignment fee for the first registration of the vehicle of the excise tax in accordance according to the Concept of reforming the tax system.
