Foreigners in AvtoVAZ work only in management

According to the president of AvtoVAZ Bo Andersson, foreign workers have become a wall between him and the workers from Russia. Therefore, the company hires people from countries whose culture is similar to Russian.

Bo Andersson noted that previously at AutoVAZ worked a lot of foreigners. However, he recently sent 25 people home. Now the company employs people from Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Czech Republic. Basically, they are specialists in management.
