EU agrees once again on tripartite dialogue with Putin

On Thursday, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso held telephone talk with Russian President Vladimir Putin. 

The only result of the conversation of Presidents, which officially reported, was an agreement on a new series of tripartite consultations between the EU, Russia and Ukraine. 

Theme of the talks will be "implementation of the Association Agreement, the issues of gas supply, as well as efforts to stabilize the situation in the sphere of politics and security". 

Meanwhile, sources say that it is a personal trilateral meeting of the leaders of Ukraine, Russia and the EU.
