Japanese will go against Europe together

Japanese automakers will join the "Association study of automotive internal combustion engines" and will receive 10 million dollars. The head of the association will be head of the Honda  department of research and development Keiji Otsu.

The main goal of this enterprise - to reach one level with European manufacturers. It's planned to develop new methods to save fuel and reduce harmful emissions.
