Ukraine will receive financial assistance from the EU

The European Commission confirmed the readiness to accelerate the disbursement of macro-financial assistanceto Ukraine in the amount of 760 million euros. It was stated by the representative of Ukraine in the EU Konstantin Eliseev, reports "Ukrayinska Pravda".

Eliseev also noted that the European Commission has already started work on the technical preparation of the third package of macro-financial assistance to Ukraine.

 

Last week, the European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso told the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko that Ukraine will receive financial assistance from the EU by the end of the year.
