What will be the decentralization of the budgetary system

As stated in the press release of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, has been made ​​a number of proposals for amendments to the Budget and Tax Code in a decentralized finance to strengthening of material and financial foundations of local self-government. 

Also this report refers to the creation of a new model of building financial security of local budgets and intergovernmental relations. 

There are plans to conduct an extended meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry of Youth and Sports and other concerned institutions.
