Expensive force majeure

Presidium of Commerce and Industry by its decision adopted Regulation testimony on force majeure.

Art. 4 of the Regulation defines the division of competence Chamber of Ukraine and regional chambers. Please note that in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation and the Law of Ukraine "On the Chambers of Commerce of Ukraine", the right to the testimony of force majeure belongs exclusively to Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. Regional offices are entitled only to provide information and consulting services to prepare the necessary documents.
