UK car industry undergoes hard times

According to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders, SMMT in May of this year, car production in the UK dropped by 9.8%. However, experts believe that the number of cars in the country will reach 2 million by 2017. 

Important moments was the decline of the domestic market by 8.8%. In this regard, exports increased by 4.7%, representing 80% of all new vehicles of the country and about 50% of cars in Europe.
