Core inflation in January was 2.6%

Core inflation in Ukraine in January 2015 was 2.6% compared to December 2014.

As noted, in annual terms, compared to January last year, core inflation was 26.1%.

Recall that core inflation in Ukraine in December 2014 from the previous month accelerated to 2.8% from 2.3% recorded a month earlier.

It was reported that inflation in Ukraine in January 2015 was 3.1% compared to 3% in December and 1.9% - in November last year.
