AvtoVAZ wants to take 20% of the Russian car market

In two or three years AvtoVAZ plans to regain lost ground and increase the share of Lada cars in the Russian market to 20%, said in an interview with Itar-Tass president Bo Inge Andersson. In the first half of 2014, the percentage of Lada cars sold was only 15.7% of new cars.

AvtoVAZ Chairman said that the Russian market will always be a priority for the company, because one can not succeed on its own market, can not be a successful exporter. However, AvtoVAZ intends to actively deliver cars to the markets of Kazakhstan and other CIS countries, as well as other countries, including Egypt.
